A PCO driving license issued by the public carriage office is mandatory

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Although experience is one of the most important in this field but, latest satellite navigation tools have made it easier for anyone who can use these tools efficiently.

Therefore, experience is really important but not necessary for a driver to be hired.
